Ski Team Seniors Anders Melby and Mitchell Swint Were Honored Last Week

As the ski season comes to a close, the Red Arrows honored the two senior members of the team last week, Mitchell Swint and Anders Melby. In the giant slalom, Melby who wears the 713 bib finished with a best run of 29.92 seconds.

Swint finished just ahead of Melby in the overall standings, his run of 30.17 was his best. Swint and Melby had the second and third best finishes for Lowell respectively.

In slalom, Swint finished with a 43.98 best time, while Melby had a 40.99 second run. In the giant slalom, Cooper Byrne tied for 9th overall in the race at Cannonsburg, while Lilly Albrecht had the second best run. Byrne represented Lowell at Monday's state meet, results will be available in next week's Ledger.
